We want you to be 100% satisfied with your sassilk purchase.

  1. All returned merchandise must be purchased from sassilk.com and returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
  2. To return an item as a result of a sassilk error, please contact our customer support team by email at hello@sassilk.com to organise transport cost.

Please note we are unable to send merchandise return labels for international returns at this time.

  1. For product returns that are not a result of sassilk error, the customer is responsible for all return shipment/freight charges. You will need ship the item at your own expense. All items should be RETURNED TO: Sassilk c/o GPO Box 2497, Melbourne 3001
  2. All orders must be returned in their original packaging to receive a full refund.  Used items are not eligible for a full refund.
  3. Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow another 4 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
  4. Due to hygiene reasons we have a no returns policy on face masks. All masks are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
