CARING FOR YOUR PILLOWCASE
A few simple steps should be incorporated to allow you to enjoy your silk pillowcase for many years to come.
Your silk pillowcase can be either machine or hand washed.
- Use only a delicate laundry detergent with a neutral pH.
- Use cold or cool water no more than 30 degrees.
- Select delicate or silk cycle on your machine & set the spin cycle to the lowest setting.
- If hand washing, do not wring instead press the water out of the item and wrap in a towel to remove extra water.
- Hang to dry out of direct sunlight.
- When dry pillow can be steamed or lightly ironed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays).
Please expect delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that sassilk is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area.
We have limited control over delivery times especially during the COVID pandemic We use Australia Post for all Australian orders. Orders cannot be cancelled and or refunded due to delay.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.
Any shipments to the UAE must be to a PO Box.
*We currently are not shipping to Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal and Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services.
