SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays).

Please expect delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery.

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that sassilk is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area.

We have limited control over delivery times especially during the COVID pandemic We use Australia Post for all Australian orders. Orders cannot be cancelled and or refunded due to delay.  

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

Any shipments to the UAE must be to a PO Box.

*We currently are not shipping to Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal and Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services.

* sassilk is not liable or responsible for any import taxes or customs due on your order. Rejected packages will not be re-accepted by sassilk or refunded. Please check with your local government before ordering.

FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $50

For Express Post and tracking add $10

 

  • Deliveries within Australia are shipped via local courier or Australia Post.
  • Delivery usually takes between 2 - 5 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.

New Zealand Shipping Charges

  •  We use DHL Express to NZ

USA Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: AUD $15 for orders less than AUD $165

FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $250

Rest of World Shipping Charges

 

Standard Shipping: AUD $25 on all orders
FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $300

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.
  • International deliveries on average take 5 - 12 working days, however, some Countries will be longer than this depending on your local postal service.

Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.
